Prices

How much will it cost? My price is based by the hour, and it also depends on how much automation is involved in the task. For example, a virus scan can take 30 minutes to 1 hour, but it does not require my attention. While updating drivers may take 15 minutes, but it will require all my attention.

My base price is $30 an hour, plus any travel expenses. If I am not able to resolve the problem at your place, I might have to bring your computer back to my house.

My name is Heather Perry. I was born into a generation that grew up with personal computers. Through years of hands-on experience, I have become a specialist in computer building and maintenance.

What does this mean? If you are building a new computer, I can advise you on parts and prices so you receive a good value. If your current computer is too slow, I can upgrade the parts so it will run faster. If you have a virus, I can remove it and save what is left of your documents.

Between pursuing my Comp. Science degree and learning new development methods on my own, I've managed toconstantly build upon my technical skillset and I'm confidant I can resolve your problems.

I've got a bubbly personality and I'm able to give a layperson a better understanding of how the computer works, and provide some insight into the problems.
